Our $139 per banker box price includes all of the Following

Pick Up Documents

We pick up your documents free of charge.

Prepare Documents for Scanning

Removal of staples, paper clips, post its etc.

Index Files per Client Specification

We will work with you to name your files - up to 60 characters, 80 folders per box

Scan the Documents

300 dpi, full color, OCR enabled

Deliver Scanned Images via FTP Cloud Server

We will send the documents in read only form for you to preview. After payment, we will make files available for downloading.

Shred Documents

We will hold your documents for 3 months to ensure scanned images are complete and accurate. With your approval we will then securely shred them.

Pricing applies to standard sized file boxes. Prices will be slightly higher for larger boxes or boxes containing more than 80 files.
